1. Scope of application
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all deliveries by House of Veiled to consumers.
A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for a purpose that cannot be predominantly attributed to their commercial or independent professional activity.
2. contracting party
The purchase contract is concluded with House of Veiled, owner: Rüveyda Öztürk, Kiebitzweg 5, 85356 Freising.
3 Conclusion of contract
3.1 The presentation of the products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but only an invitation to order.
3.2 By clicking on the button [Buy/Order with costs] you place a binding order for the goods listed on the order page. Your purchase contract is concluded when we accept your order by sending you an order confirmation by e-mail immediately after receiving your order.
3.3 If a payment method offered by PayPal is selected, payment will be processed via the payment service provider PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A., 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg (hereinafter: "PayPal"), subject to the PayPal Terms of Use, available at https://www.paypal.com/de/webapps/mpp/ua/useragreement-full or - if the customer does not have a PayPal account - subject to the terms and conditions for payments without a PayPal account, available at https://www.paypal.com/de/webapps/mpp/ua/privacywax-full. If the customer pays by means of a payment method offered by PayPal that can be selected in the online ordering process, the seller already declares acceptance of the customer's offer at the time the customer clicks the button that concludes the ordering process.
3.4 When submitting an offer via the seller's online order form, the contract text is stored by the seller after the contract is concluded and sent to the customer in text form (e.g. e-mail, fax or letter) after the customer's order has been sent. The seller will not make the text of the contract available beyond this.
3.5 Before binding submission of the order via the seller's online order form, the customer can recognise possible input errors by carefully reading the information displayed on the screen. An effective technical means of better recognising input errors can be the browser's magnification function, which enlarges the display on the screen. The customer can correct his entries during the electronic ordering process using the usual keyboard and mouse functions until he clicks on the button that concludes the ordering process.

4.3 In all other respects, the right of cancellation is subject to the provisions set out in detail in the following
Cancellation policy
Right of cancellation
You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods.
To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us [House of Veiled c/o Rüveyda Öztürk, Kiebitzweg 5, 85356 Freising, info@houseofveiled.com] of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail). If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this repayment. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.
You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for checking their condition, properties and functionality.
