Refund policy
Return and refund policy:
Return policy: Within 14 days of receiving your product, you have the right to return unused and unopened items. Please note that scarves and undercaps are excluded from the return policy. Please contact our customer service to start the return process.
Refunds: After we have received and inspected your return, we will refund the purchase price. The refund will be made to the original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damaged or faulty products: If you have received a damaged or faulty product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with pictures of the faulty item. We will be happy to offer you a replacement or refund.
Return costs: The cost of returning items is the responsibility of the customer unless it is an error on our part or a faulty product.
Note: Please ensure that the returned items are in their original packaging and in unused condition. Incomplete or damaged returns may result in a reduced refund. Returns and refunds will only be accepted if the goods arrive as they were sold: That without any odours such as sweat, perfume or stains or a tear.
Right of cancellation:
You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods.
To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us [House of Veiled c/o Rüveyda Öztürk, Kiebitzweg 5, 85356 Freising, info@houseofveiled.com] of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail). You can use the attached sample cancellation form, but this is not mandatory. You can also electronically complete and submit the sample cancellation form or another clear declaration on our website houseofveiled.com. If you make use of this option, we will send you a confirmation of receipt of such a cancellation without delay (e.g. by e-mail).
To comply with the cancellation period, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of the exercise of the right of cancellation before the expiry of the cancellation period.
Consequences of cancellation
If you cancel this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this repayment. We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any event no later than fourteen days from the date on which you notify us of the cancellation of this contract.
You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for checking their condition, properties and functionality.
